While we aim to offer free shipping on orders over $100, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is a refund, and Bubblgum has paid for your return label, the amount ($10) will be deducted from your refunded total.

Once we receive your return, our team will process it promptly. You can expect a refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please let us know immediately, and we'll take care of it.

Underwear and Socks:
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned. Please carefully consider these non-returnable items before placing your order. International Returns:
